Dear Tim, I would like to claim the property levies paid on my rental property. Because levies are not specifically asked for, please tell me where this should be entered.

In the rental income section, there will be a question: "Please enter any amounts paid for any other running expenses of the rental property." - this will be where you can enter the levies paid on the property as well as any other expenses which were not asked for specifically in the other questions.
