Hi Tax Tim, What if tax was deducted from my salary, but I did not need to pay tax?

If you were not liable to pay taxes on a annual tax return, Inland Revenue will most likely credit your tax account, once the return is assessed. If the credit is more than N$100,00 the amount will be refunded into your bank account. Please ensure your bank account details are up to date with Inland Revenue. On the last page of your tax return a refund is reflected as "CR" with the amount.
